Breast milk drying up

I’ve decided not to breast feed. Currently my little one goes for my breast everything he’s on me. I’m assuming it’s because he can smell my milk. Once my milk has dried up, will he settle better with me?

How old is he?

I don’t think it’s the smell of the milk - it’s just an automatic thing they do. DS tries to go for DH’s nipple!

I exclusively formula fed my first and he was the same but it did stop as he got older
