Omg three way harnesses!!!!

Am I the only one that consistently struggles to close these?? I almost lost it it this morning trying to strap my wee one into her car seat. I had the same problem with her buggy...it's a daily nightmare and so draining when they don't want to be fussed over... anyone got any tips?

I loosen the straps by a long way each time I get my DS out of the cat seat and pram, so next time it clicks in really quick and a quick tug on the tightening chord and off we go
