Baby chewing on nothing

My 10 week baby is always 'chewing' on nothing.. why is this? He's being treated for reflux but still doing this?

My DD used to do this (still occasionally does at 19mo) - she has reflux, I’ve always put it down to that.

My 5 month old does this! She also has reflux!
