7 month old will NOT sleep

Help, please!
My 7 month old fights every nap & is now wakening every hour during the night. I am at my wits end. She's never been a good sleeper but this is just next level.

She has never slept through the night but would go down at 7pm and then wake around 9:30 for a feed then back to sleep for another few hours. Recently I've been putting her down at 7pm and she's awake at 8pm and sometimes won't fall back asleep for an hour or two. Then as soon as I get her back to sleep she's awake within an hour and so on until morning.

I don't know what to do anymore. She just cries and cries unless I pick her up and play with her, I feel like the walking dead.

Poor you, it’s so tough. Sorry if any of this sounds obvious/you’re already doing, but having been there with my 5 month old a few weeks ago things I found helped were: observing wake windows strictly - not waiting for them to appear tired. Forcing naps during the day - so if not going down in cot within 20/30 mins of the wake window ending then into the carrier for nap to prevent over tiredness. Breaking the feed to sleep association (not sure if BF, but this wasn’t obvious to me at all, and has made a real difference), teaching baby to self settle, white noise (never needed it when he was younger as was a good sleeper, but now use it every night). I hated people telling me that it will pass, I wanted to DO something to help him! So these things may or may not work, but it will help the time pass whilst you feel like you’re doing something at least! Good luck, it sucks
