My daughter is fully potty trained and only wears a pull up at night as she still wets at night. This morning she woke up with brown like stains in her nappy and it's came from the front and when I wiped her clean there was a little on the wipe. I've attached a photo. She isn't sore when wiping or anything just look a little red but nothing looks different
