Bit of a silly question

How do you manage with toddler and ubers if you don’t drive?
Do you take a car seat?
Do you just strap them in using the seat belt?
At the moment, for my 10 month old I’m using his car seat for the uber and then attaching the car seat to his pram when attending appointments which are a bit far away. I’m just thinking ahead and wondering what I’ll need to do in the future if I can’t use public transport and require and uber.

Use a licenced taxi firm who provide car seats

Car seats are rarely available in taxis as they're classed as emergency transport thus exempt from car seat law. Plus imagine how the combinations of sizes and availability would be nigh impossible to meet. The answer is to take black cabs, use your stroller/buggy in the wheelchair space travelling back to direction of travel.
