Feeling guilty about sons Christmas Carol singing singing 😢

On Monday my 5 year old is having a Christmas Carol singing assembly in which parents are invited. Unfortunately I have work and as I have recently started I can't get any time off. My 4 year olds nativity is on Tuesday which I can attend as I'm off work. I feel so guilty that I can attend one and not the other.

Feeling like a useless parent atm :/

It is the permanent guilt of being a working parent.
Is there someone else who might go in your place ?
Mine were quite happy most of the time if there was someone there to give them a little wave.
