My 2 month old has always been formula fed and I've noticed the past few days her poo smells quite sweet. She has colief drops in her bottles which I've seen can make their poo more like a breastfed babies but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this? She has her first lot of jabs tomorrow so I'm going to ask the doctor about it too!
