Baby nurofen & teething

DD won't take Calpol and nurofen is more easily hidden in food due to the flavour, she won't take a syringe.

Anyway, teething is hitting her like a bus (7 months). I've given her baby nurofen almost every day for at least a week, mostly only once a day in the afternoon.

I worrying this is too much much but nothing else seems to help her with the pain.

Thoughts?

You have to do what you have to do. It sounds like an ok amount to me. DS cut 9 teeth in 2 weeks and wouldn't accept any teethers or anything so was on painkillers for most of that 2 weeks.

@edin16 thank you for that's, that's reassuring Xx

Have you tried anbesol liquid?
Long term use of ibuprofen is not ideal but they can suffer so much when the teeth are cutting. I used to limit paracetamol/ibuprofen to if they struggled to sleep because of the pain, mostly the molars. Anbesol only if it helped them get a feed down. Rest of the time the gel teethers or frozen fruit to chomp on.

Yes but anebesol only does help for a few mins if that
