10 week old sleep- normal?

Ftm here and I don’t know what to make of my 10 week olds sleep! For the first 8 weeks she woke every 2 hrs in the night for a feed which was so exhausting and I was wishing for longer stretches. She then occasionally went 1 four hour stretch a night for a few days. However suddenly in the last 2 ish weeks she’s started to only have 1 night feed! She’s sleeping for 8hr stretches and then last night was 9:30-7:30 then had a feed then back to sleep until 10:30! (She did wake a couple times to put her dummy back in) but I just want to know if this is normal? She went from one extreme to the other and being a ftm am I lucky or is there something wrong? Thanks!

I think pretty much any sleep pattern is normal for a baby. Sometimes they go through different patterns, regressions, sometimes they need more, sometimes less. Just roll with it and enjoy the sleep.

It's normal for her.

My DD did this from about week 6 to 14. It was bliss! I think as long as she is gaining weight and feeding fine during the day its absolutely fine. Definitely just go with it and enjoy it Smile
