Concerned about little ones left arm

Should I be concerned that every morning when I wake up my 5 month old, his left arm is freezing cold? The right is a normal temperature and both are dressed the same for the night. He’ll usually go to bed in a baby grow, sleepsuit, 1.5 tog sleeping bag and then a pair of mits.
I know babies havent got amazing circulation at this point but this feels quite extreme. Should I get him to the doctors?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Could that arm be in a draught, or close to a window or is the other one nearer to the radiator?

Does he lie on one side?

Is there a difference in temperature after a nap, or at other times during the day?

Could you move his cot to a different position, or put him in the other way round and see what happens?

I also thought it's probably a draught..my Ds's left hand is also always freezing in the night though the room is quite warm. I don't think it's anything to worry about but you could give the health visiting team a call if you are concerned m
