Can I use Soak For Bitz in baby bath?

My 8mth old has her first bad nappy rash and I was wondering if my leftover Soak For Bitz would help her. Anyone else tried this? Internet suggests Epsom salts can be good for nappy rash, but couldn't find anything specific about this brand. Cheers!

Should probably say we do already have Metanium cream and Bepanthen, just thought a soothing bath could be of additional benefit?
