Help...... DS is 2.5 and usually divine but I have number two on board now (am 9 weeks up the duff) and I am so tired and moody and short with DS. I screamed at him for not going to sleep tonight!
Me: Do you want the naughty chair? (stupid question as of course he wants it - anything out of bed is his goal)
DS: Yes
Me: Well how's this for F$%^ naughty?
And I stormed out slammed the door and sat myself down on the naughty chair.
Can someone say something to stop me from hating myself so much?

oh poor you. don't worry he wont remember. what did you do afterwards? did he go to sleep or did you go back in?

we all have bad days. i am of the theory that a perfect mother that never gets cross would be more psychologically damaging that one who does.

maybe the language wasn't great but he will probably get his own back by calmly using the f word infront of someone important (and which point you can look suitably shocked and say "i have no idea where he picked that up from!").

Yes, when he starts muttering "For F**ks sake" under his breath you'll know you've gone one step to far.......says she speaking from experience
