We have DS1 who is 2yrs 3mths and have recently had DS2 who is now 4 weeks old. I am sick of reminding DH that all newborn babies are pretty much the same in that they cry a lot, sleep a lot during the day, and don't seem to sleep a lot during the night because of the night feeds. Hd seems to think that DS1 never behaved like this - but I can assure him it's SELECTIVE MEMORY!! If you could write what life is like with a newborn, it may help to convince him and I can get on with looking after the baby rather than trying to placate him all the time
