Is this the start of the dreaded 18 month sleep regression

DD is 17mo, 18mo on Christmas Eve, she is such a good sleeper 7-7 majority of the time. Of course we’ve had several disruptions here and there due to illness etc but nothing too major but for the past 2 nights me DD has been waking at 5:30am, and I’ve been on late shifts which has finished at 2am. I have tried to resettle her in her cot with all the usual comforts, calpol and even a bottle when she doesn’t settle after half an hour, even that doesn’t do it. With me being so exhausted with work I have brought her into my bed at 6:30 (after an hour of trying) and popped the tv on which is not a regular thing but I am so exhausted I didn’t want to get out of bed yet. After about 20 mins she falls back to sleep and I’ve been waking her at about 8:30/9. I don’t have a clue what is going on.
Any advice or tips would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Maybe she’s just not tired for 12 hrs overnight anymore. Does she still nap?

My 19 month sleeps 8.30pn-6/6.30am. So 10hrs maximum. Then has a 1-2 hrs nap after lunch. 11-12 hrs sleep in 24hrs.

He’s never ever slept 7-7 though

Eldest would only do 10 hours overnight until she started dropping her nap at 18 months. 12 hours sleep is obviously what she needs, but she didn’t want it in one chunk until 18mo.

Sometimes I think you have to factor in total sleep over a 24 hour period.

@Caspianberg she does still have a nap yeah, usually 2-2:30 hrs during the day. She does go back to sleep in the end when she’s in bed with me which makes me think she is still tired
