Fussy milk drinker

My dd is 22 months and is very capable of drinking water out of various cups and beakers, however she refuses to drink milk out of anything but a bottle, given to her by myself or dw. She obviously has a strong association between being fed milk in a bottle and relaxing and sleeping as she has a bottle before bed and has done so for a long time now. When I try to give her milk in anything but a bottle she takes a sip and then refuse to drink more, usually saying her word for bottle to indicate that the drink should be in her bottle! I am diluting the milk in the bottle to put her off but this trick is not yet working.

I am stuck on ideas now for how she can be tempted to drink milk, by herself out of a cup / beaker.

Has anyone else been through this?

We've had refusal with DD when swapping from bottle to sippy cup to proper mug which is what she uses now. I'm probably a bit tough but my tactic is "it's this or no milk", if she's eating a good amount it's not a problem to not have a cup of milk for a few nights. I think the longer you leave it, the worse it gets (I learnt this with the dummy 😫).
