7 month old schedule with sleep regression

Hi everyone, looking for some advice on how to work out my 7 month olds routine.

He's had back to back viruses for the last four weeks which have disrupted our sleep and his routine. He's also teething, two bottom teeth look to be on the verge of coming through (I can see white tips).

He's quite an alert and sociable baby, not quite sitting unaided for long stretches and has always been a cat napper and napped for 30-45 minutes. He does not self settle or feed to sleep, he's often just held.

He's not really slept longer than a 2 hour stretch since he turned 6 months old, sometimes we have 20+ wakings a night. He drinks 32-40oz of milk in 24 hours and is not really interested in solids yet, putting this down to the fact he's been so ill.

I'd like to start structuring his day more and reintroducing a nap schedule and aiming to improve his night time sleep again, as well as starting to wean. Has anyone managed this well with a cat napper? I've found the last month very difficult and it's all felt a bit chaotic.

Thanks

My baby is 8.5 months and has just dropped to 2 naps but was on 3 naps at 7 months. He was also a cat napper! My schedule was like this:
7am awake
7.30am breakfast
8.00am bottle
9.00am nap
10.30am bottle
12pm nap
1pm lunch
2pm bottle
3pm nap
5pm dinner
5.30/6pm bottle
6.30/7pm bed depending on last nap

I needed 2 hours between naps during the day and 2.5-3 hours before bed so that he is tired enough and would fall asleep quickly. He sleeps 12/13 hours overnight still! It looks like I’m feeding a lot with food and bottles but I’ve reduced his oz down from 36 per day to 20-22oz with 3 meals. He just prefers 4 small bottles instead of 3 big ones. I used Lucy Wolfe for the schedule and it’s honestly saved me

Also that’s a rough guide! The nap times would vary each day so I only kept the awake and bed time the same every night. I also batch cook a lot to save time! 3 naps is a killer, I can get so much more done with 2 😬
