Anti reflux formula and perfect prep

Hi! We're using the AR Aptamil but it's quite lumpy if made in the perfect prep. Some people recommend doing the two shots of water then adding the formula? Anyone have experience of using the AR formula with the PP machine?!

Yep - we’ve been using this for a while now. Powder in, hot water from perfect prep - shake vigorously horizontally for a count of 10 then vertically for the same- then the remaining water, and shake as before then leave for 5 mins to thicken and this should work!

We have been using it for 4 months mow. I feel you have to shake as soon as it beeps that hot shot is done. Like pp shake up and down then left to right. Give it a good shake 😄
