Sleep/behaviour concerns

DS is 2 1/2 and has become an absolute nightmare in the last couple of months.

Since September he has slept the whole night/only got up once 3 nights the rest he has been up every couple of hours no matter what we do.

He refuses to sleep in with us but will sleep if one of us sleeps in the room with him but will still get up every couple of hours. Recently he has also started refusing to get ch aged for bed and it is a screaming tantrum every night. Any clothes that he has on he will strip out of before bed so it means he can't just sleep in what he was already wearing.

His behaviour is also shocking, constant tantrums, hitting/scratching if he doesn't get his way and throwing things. He has also dropped his day time nap so if running on very very few hours of sleep.

I'm not sure how long myself and DH can keep this up for, we have no family in the immediate area for a bit of a break. DS doesn't go to nursery or anything and we both work full time (different hours so childcare fits in). Everyday he goes for a walk to the park, plays and we do learning activities with him so he has stimulation.

Can anyone help/tell me it passes we are exhausted and starting to dread bed times!
