19 month old night waking?

What are your sleep schedules for 19 month olds or similar age? My daughter wakes up still every 2 hours. Recently she’s been getting up then around 3-5am struggles to settle back to sleep sometimes even longer, a few times recently I’ve refused to give her a breastfeed and tried to settle her back to sleep but end up giving in after hours of not succeeding. I know the reason is because she can’t self settle. I’m a single parent, so just do whatever makes life that little but easier but surely these nights wakings at her age and not settling back to sleep won’t be healthy for her? I did want to feed her till she’s two but now I’m wondering if it’s time to go cold turkey on breastfeeding because that seems to be a bit off an unhealthy habit and she will not settle at all without. She does have a nap around dinner time ish for 1 and half- 2 hours but that’s all so I don’t like at her age that you could even cut back on that.

I’ve tried taking her for walks before bed time to tire her out, she does of playing with cousins etc she never stops, also she definitely eats enough so she can’t be hungry but still wakes up every 2 hours like clockwork 😩 I understand teething etc can sometimes put them back but this has literally been every single night since she was newborn waking every 2 hours.

In a similar position with my 16 month old and wanted to feed until 2,- also thinking it could be linked to breastfeeding but then I read of people weaning and no change and then it’s harder to get baby back to sleep 😩 I was hoping around 18 months - 2 years communication/speech would improve which would then help with sleep.

Would some ]https://www.drjaygordon.com/blog-detail/sleep-changing-patterns-in-the-family-bed gentle night weaning]] help you out a bit?

The No Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers and Preschoolers might help as well Thanks

I’ve tried everything’s and nothing works. Mine is 2.5 and still wakes. Some sleep well early on, some take a while longer.
