Hi!
So my little girl has never been the best of sleepers but would always go down about 7 no problem and sleep through until about 3. We would then need to go in a few times between 3-7am and sit with her until she fell back asleep but that was fine and we could cope with that no problem.
She got her 1 year vaccinations a week past on Friday and since then I swear I have a different child! She’s a bit under the weather as well with a cold etc but nothing too serious.
She literally will not let me put her down. I usually take her to her cot and she would self settle but she just screams and screams. I have tried everything, cuddling her in, sitting with her, reading to her, singing to her. I have left her also but I really struggle with this so I have only gave it about 5minutes and Iv had to give in. Iv then caved and took her in our bed but that doesn’t work either!
She just keeps shouting mama and wants picked up. She will eventually fall asleep on me but the second I move she’s up again.
Through the day she seems her happy usual self but I don’t know how because the lack of sleep must be effecting her! She naps for about 30mins in the morning then has about 1hour15 mins about 1pm.
It’s just came out of nowhere and I have honestly had about 6hours sleep in the last 4nights. I’m hoping that it’s just because she’s a little off but does anyone have any advice? Currently sat on the couch with her lying on my chest, I could cry I am that tired.
