Please can all you lovely mummy's help me with some easy lunch weaning food for my 7month old im getting very anxious with what to make him and im also not a chef cook either 🙈 thank you kindly xo

A bit of both, quite anxious with baby led though I panic everytime he gets a biggish piece In his mouth 🙈

Find a local infant first aid course to help ease your anxiety about choking. With weaning choking and gagging are very different but it's good to know what to do just in case.
