School shoes

Bought my son £50 kickers thinking he'd get plenty of wear from wynsors. They lasted a grand total of 3months and now there's a hole in them. What long last indestructible footwear do people recommend? I went back to Windsor's and got some leather trainer style shoes, didn't bother with kickers again. But can't see them lasting much longer

Geox school shoes are fantastic, Amazon sell them

I work in a shoe shop. We sell Clark’s, StartRite, Geox and a couple of other smaller brands.

The parents of kids who destroy shoes go for Geox every time.

I was about to recommend Treads who make indestructible school shoes that they guarantee for a year, but when I checked the link they have stopped trading. I am now following this thread with interest!

Asda! Most are around £10 and they last ages (girls and boys)

My DS’s shoes (reception) lasted the grand total of 8 weeks before they fell apart. I took them back to Clark’s and they replaced them. Not sure I’ll be spending that much again on Clark’s shoes as I had assumed at £45 they’d last.

Surprisingly, M&S school shoes are very good indeed and extremely attractively priced.

I'm the same as above, treads we're amazing. We've got geox and they are structurally ok but look so tatty. Lumps of the rubber bumper gone. I can't see then lasting until
Summer!
