Feeling guilty for asking for help

So it is just me and my daughter.

I have a demanding full time job (which pays for everything), I do my parent duties and we have a great life together.

I know family offer help, but I always feel guility for accepting it i.e. I want a night out

Is this normal

I feel guilty at times but you need time for you.
If they didn’t want to help they wouldn’t offer.

I have a 9 month old and I really struggle to ask for help. I find that no one around me offers, they just say, ask if you need help ... but they no I don’t like asking for help. Not sure why we do it to ourselves ! Just ask, it will save your sanity

Sorry I read your initial message slightly wrong, if people offer 100% take it up haha
