Help!! Transition from swaddling

My nearly 5 month old DD has been swaddled since birth and I want to transition her from it but I am so terrified as she sleeps 9pm-6am but she sometimes fights hard to get her arms out in the middle of the night but goes back to sleep within 5 minutes and this happens 3-4 times a night.

Any advice from mums who transitioned successfully and how did you do it ?

Did love to dream swaddle worked for you and which one? (there are plenty of options)

I am currently using Ergopouch swaddle.

I am just terrified that she won't sleep good without swaddling as I don't swaddle her during the day and she takes 30 mins naps when not swaddled.

Just get rid of it. Your life will suck for a couple of nights but she’ll adapt. Try not to use any techniques you’re not prepared to do every night.

I worried about this to
I actually just put DD in a sleeping bag one night at about 12 weeks old and she was absolutely fine. If anything she slept better .
Also 30 minute naps are v normal and nothing to do with the swaddling more than likely just normal baby sleep.
My DD is 5 months and sleeps great at night but does the short naps often

I would just go for it btw
With DD 1 she was harder and we waited until 6 months as she wasn't rolling and then she tummy slept when she learnt to roll
