Hi,

My little boy has recently started to hold the back of his head (right hand side) and when I go to touch it, he pulls away as if it’s uncomfortable/painful. I’ve asked if it hurts and he says “no”, but obviously his body languages suggest otherwise.
He seems to have a red ear (on/off) on the same side, not sure if it’s all related to teething? (As I think he is cutting his last tooth) .Or if it could be something else.
Has anybody else experienced this?

I’m thinking of taking him to the drs to get him checked over.

I'd take him to the doctors or their nurse if they have one

My 18 month old was doing this the last week, I thought it was teething but took her doctors and turned out to be an ear infection
