Beef pot pie

I had a beef pot pie that’s was out for 3 hours and I put it back in the refrigerator and I ate it 5 hours later and it tasted funny and I ate it and I’m 27 weeks pregnant will it hurt or affect my baby in anyway? I have a bad stomach ache.

Did you hear it thoroughly @Greenteacitus and how warm was the room that the pie was left out in?
