I'm pregnant with my second and I'm sooooo worried by second will have what my son had. It was so horrific and I honestly don't know how we will cope with already having our son and going through that again.
Did anyone's little one have this and had other children that didn't? Same parents

No idea what the chances are but at least this time you'll know what's causing it abs will be able to seek medical help straight away Flowers

Congratulations on your PG too Smile

No idea re CMPA - our eldest was investigated for this but luckily didn’t have it, you have my every sympathy - but sadly both of my DDs have had terrible reflux. DD1’s was exorcist style vomiting until 13 months, for which she was heavily medicated. I thought we were home free with DD2 as she doesn’t puke, but by 7 weeks she was dropping weight due to milk refusal and is now also heavily medicated due to silent reflux.

The plus side, I will point out, is that you know what you’re looking for so can seek help much more quickly. Doctors are also much more willing to listen when you’ve been through it before - our GP let us skip Gaviscon this time because I said it was pointless last time.

However, I know a family where both of the parents have an ongoing dairy allergy, as does their eldest child, but the youngest eats cheese like it’s going out of fashion with no ill effects whatsoever. Best of luck!
