Anyone use a parenting consultant for online advice?

Hi, I've name changed as don't want anyone I know to read this and snoop!
Has anyone used an online parent consultant? I'm feeling a bit out of my depth with my kids at the moment, one has Asd and causes alot of friction between the siblings and puts alot of stress on me for trying to get him into school (whilst delaying other siblings who are waiting to be dropped off elsewhere)
My elder teen has started really answering back and shouting at me when he has reacted to the other siblings playing up and I'm telling him off for getting involved or shouting at them.
I think my 4 year old could possibly also have asd and is incredibly hard work at times and we almost have to ask the other kids to leave the room etc. To diffuse the situation (for example to get 4 year old to hurry up getting ready for the school run) then the older child with asd gets all upset because he thinks it isn't fair that he has to leave the room because of the younger one.... The mornings can be awful sometimes just trying to keep the house calm and prevent meltdowns/arguments between them all and I'm finding myself shouting alot now and it doesn't seem to have much of an effect apart from the kids learning to shout back!
The elder kids don't have a limit on screen time really as they come home or do an after school sport, homework and then we don't mind them being on screens as weekends are also busy with hobbies so it feels reasonable and it keeps them apart from each other for a bit of peace, I have however taken time away from them if they have caused a bit argument or problem but they don't seem to learn from this. The younger ones I have started restricting screen time and it is only given if the behaviour has improved, been manageable. I'm feeling a bit out of depth though and would be interested in using an online parenting coach maybe to help set up some rules and consequences, talk though what is the right way to deal with the ages and the ones with Asd etc.
Has anyone used one or able to recommend one?

I've spoken to one in the past and found it really helpful. We got answers much more quickly and easily than if I had carried on trying to figure it out myself and failing. Make sure you find someone with good qualifications though, there are a lot of people out there claiming to know things that they don't. Probably try to find someone who knows about ASD too

Hi, I'm a Grandmother, so not strictly allowed but I hope to contribute in some way. I know of a Parenting Consultant called Fiona Ng from Happy Me parenting who is available on the phone in 1 hour slots by arrangement. She has a website so look up her qualifications etc The method she uses is called 'conscious parenting'.
