Teething (molars) or something more?

My DD is 18 months, right age for molars and the next teeth ‘due’ (though that being said she didn’t get her other teeth in ‘order’). She’s been out of sorts since last Friday:-

  • loose stools (only once a day, but loose and blowouts) though today she’s constipated, had a small ‘rabbit dropping’ poop earlier, kinda sandy coloured but stinks (usually suffers with constipation)
  • refusing to eat or drink. Up until yesterday she had been drinking milk at least but now refusing that too
  • crying as soon as she sees food, even things like biscuits
  • had a slight temperature this morning, not high but slightly above normal.
  • very windy (burping and farting loads)
  • pulling at ears and sticking her fingers in them

Is this generally what it’s like when molars are coming or is something more going on? Don’t wanna seem like I’m overreacting calling the GP if it is just teething.

TIA.
