Funny coloured poo in 2.8 ds (not for the faint-hearted)

over the last 3d ds's poo has been a creamy-yellow colour. the first day it was a bit like clotted cream, now its still not solid, he isnt constipated, texture is about right tbh but im worried about the colour. any advice or ideas?

he has a cold but apart from that seems fine. he's not eating much tbh (is going through a spagetti/ravioli and thats it stage)

it is probably due to his cold. I've heard of viruses doing this, it should right itself fairly quickly.
