How many mg of Omeprazole is you baby on

Hi

My baby (5 months) is on 10mg of omeprazole, which has worked a great however I think they are starting to show signs of reflux again and wondering what dosage a baby can get. Obviously I will go to the GP but just wondering if it will be an option. Can’t take gaviscon as they get constipation.

You need to phone the surgery with your baby's weight so they can calculate the dose

I can’t remember what they were on at that age, but the link gives the range that is safe per kg.

The dose is 700micrograms per kg. Max 3milligrams per kg.
