Car seat recommendations

Morning All,

First time mum here.
We have chosen the pram we want and have decided we do not want the matching car seat that attaches to the pram chassis.
Instead we want a fixed car seat.

We have looked at the Joie spin 360. Would you recommend??
Or are there any other car seats I should consider?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

We’ve got the maxi cosi pebble 360, highly recommends. I don’t know if it makes a difference for you but it was Which? Number 1 this year. It has different inserts as baby grows.

We have a joie 360spin and it’s amazing. Definitely would recommend

We have the Britax! My partner works in crash safety (handy) and that's the standard seat everyone tends to use for testing so that's why we've used it, not to say any others aren't as good though.

There is this lady on Instagram called "safe in the seat", she knows all things car seat related. (American but she knows about UK laws too)

Yep, the Joie spin 360 is great. We've used ours for two DC. And the attaching the seat to the pram chassis is massively over-rated. Our infant seat did that and I did so once ever across two DC. It hardly ever left the car unless it was being put in a other car.

We have a Britax, a Joie Gemm and a Maxi cosi. The Britax is my favorite as baby seems to be in a better posture in it.
