Car sick baby?

Ds (11 months on Tuesday) has thrown up a couple of times in the car. He was also very sick when we went on a ferry a couple of weeks ago.

I’ve always suffered horribly with motion sickness, just wondering if he’s going to be similar or if it’s too early to say?

DD1 started with this around 12 months. We were convinced it couldn’t be motion sickness but it soon became apparent it was. Eased a lot when forward facing in the car, just flares up now if she tries to look down and play with anything on her lap.

Thanks, I wonder if I should consider forward facing?
