I just wondered what the going rate is .
DS lovely key worker is baby sitting for us in a couple of weeks so we can go out for dinner and I need to discuss money. I would prefer to start the conversation by saying is xx per hour ok.
We really like her so happy to pay above going rate but honestly have zero clue what the going rate is
