4 week old sleep

I'm sure this has been asked a million times but here I go anyway!
My 4 week old really loves to sleep. She can sleep for 5 hours at night until I wake to feed her, I think she would sleep longer if I let her. She is bf and has plenty of formula during the day. Should I just let her sleep until she wakes hungry? I'm a single first time mum so still so unsure.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Firstly congratulations!

At this age I would wake her still but in 4/5 weeks I would leave her longer if she wanted but be prepared to woken up with a moan as they do her hungry and they will let you know about it!

Also it depends if she's gaining weight well! If she is then in 4/5 weeks go for it
