3 year old eating habits

I'm honestly at a loss what to do when it comes to my 3 year old's dinners. She will only eat either pizza, french toast or tomato soup for her dinner. She eats alright at breakfast and lunch but she will point blank refuse to eat anything other than pizza, french toast or tomato soup at dinner time. In fact, she will refuse any new foods. She's been like this for about a year and a half. I can't even remember the last time she ate meat (not that she has to). I've spoken with the health visitor but she doesn't seem concerned as she is healthy and is full of energy. I'm now giving her vitamins and I try and give her fruit and yogurt. I'm just worried the longer this continues as she is extremely stubborn and I honestly can't see this improving. No amount of encouragement helps. She even helps me make dinner but she still doesn't eat it. Does anyone have any advice?

@kristin88 I haven’t got any advice but commented on the hope it will bump the thread up!
My 3 year old has always ate a very limited diet and we have lived off of pasta for I can’t remember how many months now but all of a sudden we hate pasta and I can’t find another solution as to what he will eat for dinner! He won’t touch meat at all so good to hear others are in similar situations. Every night is a battle with eating so intrigued as to whether anyone has any solutions!

@charley39 thanks for your reply. Definitely relieved that I'm not alone. It's such a stressful situation. My first born is and always has been great with food. I honestly don't know where her stubbornness with food has come from. We try and eat at the same time to encourage her but she just refuses and there is absolutely no bargaining with her. I really am hoping that things will get better with age but at the moment it all feels doubtful.
