Hi all... posted about this sickness bug already this week but I'm freaking outtttt.
DS2 was sick once on sat and had diorehha twice. He's fine now, thank god!
My eldest however had diorehha this morning and a few times this afternoon and tonight :( it's not complete water but if I have him something to eat he's be on the toilet! :( Poor boy :( I have the worst sickness phobia and I feel like I'm drowning in worry. Surely if he was gonna be sick it would've happened by now right?! He seems absolutely fine in himself and says he's hungry :(
I felt really run down and sick last night.... I'm hoping that was my share of it but now worried about catching it properly from ds1. Waaahhhh can anyone rationalise and call me down :(

This is a thing that seriously works in my house. If you feel the belly ache coming on, you know that kicked in the stomach feeling, go to the kitchen and sip a tablespoon of vinegar, followed by a mouthful of water to wash it down, then sit upright for about 20 minutes, after the 20 minutes the pain goes away. It may come back after a while, so repeat the process. It has never taken me more than 2 tablespoons to stop the bug in its tracks. The vinegar is an edible bug killer. We have used this method for yeeears and rarely has anyone been sick. If a child do a teaspoon. Sometimes with the younger ones the taste of the vinegar causes a gag so if you can stomach the taste then seriously try it, its a life saver. It also works if at night you go to bed and have eaten too much food, for me its indian, and it gives you that pain so you cant sleep. I could write more but will leave the suggestion there for now :)
