Quick introduction…
I am 33 years old and have a 3 year old son. I am also diagnosed with Aspergers, OCD and ADHD.

My query…
I am just wondering if there are any other parents who have a similar diagnosis and how you approached this with your child?

I can almost control most of my stimming/ tics or up until recently would incorporate it into a game… it is totally socially acceptable to flap your hands and make funny noises around a baby 😂. However my son is now growing and becoming much more aware of his surroundings and other people behaviours and I know that soon he is going to notice that i do some things differently and need a bit more support than most. He is also at that stage of asking a million questions and I want to be prepared to have this conversation with him at some point.
I want my boy to grow up being aware and understanding of different people and different needs so any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Have a good day and thanks for reading!
