Sick and poos!

Sorry for the blunt title 🙈
My 17 month old was randomly sick on Saturday. He has lost his appetite since but has kept all food and breast feeds down. Just sick the once.
Anyway, both today and yesterday his poos have been sloppy and very pale and VERY smelly! I wouldn't say diorehha because not watery... just sloppy. Should I be concerned about the paleness?
If it was a bug how long would he be contact for? He was only sick the once? I am just worried about my other son catching it!

I have a major sick phobia, so be gentle with the replies 🙈

When you say pale, how pale? If they are borderline white you need to call 111, but if they are still bordering a brown/yellowish colour then most likely a bug. Norovirus is the most likely cause based off my own personal experience. Of course I'm not a doctor but us mommy's can relate when our baby's get tummy bugs 🤢🤢🤢.
If he is eating and drinking and seems well in himself just let it pass.
If he's lethargic and off his food with it then a chat with your GP wouldn't hurt x
