My little one is 7 months old, he was previously breastfed and bottle fed(breastmilk) so he is fine with bottles however now that I’m introducing formula he is not eating and he keeps crying, i can tell he is hungry but hates the formula .. he is losing weight so dr prescribed him the formula to supplement as i am having trouble with my supply.. any tips as to how to get him to drink the formula? He has a lactose intolerance so not too many options for me to try out

How long has he been on the formula? You could ask for another type or press ahead with weaning faster than usual pace but check with GP first.

Sounds to me like cutting out the formula is the obvious solution. Is there a particular reason that you’ve been struggling with your supply? Is there any support you’ve been given to try to boost it again? The mixed feeding seems to be be a vicious circle to me as your milk works on a supply & demand basis.
