What jackets/coats would you recomend for winter?

My son is coming up to 1 and am looking to buy him a coat. I would like a good quality one that keeps him warm as we do lots of walking in a backpack.

Do you have a budget in mind?

M&S do a good lightweight all in one waterproof coat thing that looks like a frog or a duck for about £20

I just got my 18 month old this John Lewis one. It is is very warm and seems good quality.
