Has anyone used these? I would get him the big box and my brother the ball run box.

He loves building things (he's got Lego Duplo, train tracks and way to play road),

Are these any good? It looks great but very expensive and I don't want to buy something as pricey and then be disappointed.

Mine don't have them but a friend's little boy loved them at that age

We had something similar and it was a great well used toy. Just be careful though as there are lots of fake toys on the marketplace which are not safety tested. If this hasn't and I didn't see the CE rating potentially very dangerous with the strong magnets!

DS plays with these at nursery a lot and loves them.

We have magforners which are similar and seem To have deals often. Still played with by my 5 and 7 year olds.

We've got a cheaper version - they are absolutely fantastic toys, you can build loads of different things, it's really tactile, you can use them for shapes and maths. Would definitely recommend.

We have these. They are great! We put lights inside our builds to make rainbow lamps.
