Swelling on baby's forehead after a fall. When should I be concerned ?

My baby got a round swelling on right side of forehead soon after he fell from edge of bed.

He hasn't vomited or showing sleepiness which I guess are signs of brain damage ,
Is this a normal swelling or can it be his skull is deformed there?

I guess if you are legitimately worried a about brain damage or skull deformity you need to be asking a medical professional pronto, not Internet randoms at 4am.
