Toddler is missing a tooth - worried

My son is 18 months old. He has four front teeth on the bottom but only three on the top - one of his lateral incisors still hasn’t come through. I’ve just done a Google and apparently all four lateral incisors should be present by this age on the top and bottom. I’m really concerned that the missing one is just not there! Does anyone else have any experience of this?!

Loads of people are telling you this is not an issue. Listen to them :)

Don't fret. There's nothing to be done even if it is missing, the dentist would most likely wait for adult teeth before doing anything anyway

Did you read @yummytummy reply?
They’re a professional and telling you exactly.

Hi, can I ask if this tooth came through in the end? I have a 22 month old and not sign of on in his upper gum yet.

So strange. Did the lateral incisor tooth come through? How old are they now?
