Change in baby poo with milk increase

Has anyone ever experienced their baby’s poo becoming lighter in colour the more they drink? I have a 3.5 month old with reflux problems and now as his milk intake has increased his poo has gone a very pale yellow (not white, hv and gp not concerned) but it is noticeable different from the normal yellowy yellow baby poo??
He’s gone from drinking around 20oz per day to 32oz over a month timeframe. Wondering if it could indicate a digestive issue which is apparent now he is drinking more? Any thoughts welcome!!

Surely it's just because he is more hydrated? Like we get lighter wee when more hydrated? If gp not worried-don't worry!
