Flu jab and maternity exemption certificate

I have a 2 month old, and therefore still covered by the maternity exemption certificate getting you free prescriptions and dental care until baby is 1 year old. Does this cover the flu jab? I assumed it didn't but another new mum told me it did...

Should say, I'm not usually entitled to a jab for any other health conditions!

No, it's only free when you're pregnant.

No. It covers prescriptions but flu jab is not a prescription its either given to your for free, paid for by the NHS or you get it done privately.

I was offered it by my GP when I had recently had baby 3 years back so worth checking with them. Exemption at pharmacy does not apply with certificate
