4 month old sleeping through

So last night our 4 month old slept through the night for the first time! She is FF and was having a bottle around 5am but last night didn’t wake for one at all. This means she went just over 12hrs. I know in the early days you’re supposed to wake baby to feed until their weight is on track etc. but is there any set rule about how long a baby should / can go without a feed overnight once they’re a bit older and their weight is all good? I feel like this may just be a one off lucky night but I’ll take it Grin

Hiya :)

That’s really great about your wee girl, I never ever woke mine for a bottle I just gave it to them when they woke up, if she was hungry she would have woke up :-) hopefully this is the start of her getting into a routine and sleeping through the night, my first one woke through the night but my second one from about 4-5 months slept right through as we put him in his own room and cot x

Nah leave her to sleep. One of mine was like this and it was bliss.

I wouldn't wake, just let them sleep. Never woke my wee one when she started sleeping through and no issues.

Shhhh don't tell anyone, you'll jinx it 😉

Just leave her to sleep and enjoy it.

Nooo!my little guy has started sleeping through the night😄he normally goes about 11 hours. He's four months and this has been going on for around two weeks now!

Don't wake a sleeping baby :) My second baby slept 8-12 hour stretches from birth. No way would I wake her when I got barely any sleep for months with my first.
