9 month old sits in the w position

My baby sits up on his own in the w position. When I try to correct his posture he moves back into the w position. I keep reading that this type of sitting is of concern. Should I be worried?

Can't offer any advice but I used to sit in that position as well. Can remember getting told off in year R because I couldn't sit cross legged. I would say let him sit how he's comfortable for now.
