Mandela breast pump return

Hi all. Just purchased the Mandela swing flex breast pump , used it for the first time and I'll give it a 1/10 the suction is very poor and I just feel like I threw my money out the window.
I had a look at the returns policy on their website & it states that they only accept returns if sealed & unused.
I understand that but I would still like some of my money back. This product is definitely not fit for purpose it does noting might as well hand express as the suction of this pump is useless.
Is there a way to get my money back ? Has anyone successfully returned a breast pump before ? Tia xx

Start by making a formal complaint to the place were you got it from. You have consumer rights under the sale of goods act.

I've used these both professionally and personally and they don't have poor suction. I would check that all is set up correctly. Otherwise you may have a faulty one so see if you can exchange.

Sounds faulty. They don't have poor suction. Is it set up correctly?

Another one that's never had that problem with that pump so would suggest it's either faculty (return under warranty/not fit for purpose) or you've not got it set up quite right.
